Certificate of conformity Ukraine (UkrSepro)

EMC CENTRE offers certification services in UkrSEPRO System and voluntary Certification Systems of Ukraine.
The Cabinet of Ukraine Decree "Regarding Standardization and Certification" No.46-93 dated 10 May 1993 is the governing act of Certification System in Ukraine.
State standards form regulatory system of certification in Ukraine. The most common standard is DSTU 3413-96 "UkrSEPRO Certification System. Certification procedures".
Depending on type of a product, UkrSEPRO offers either mandatory or voluntary certification. State Committee on Technical Regulation and Consumer Policy Order No.28 dated 01 February of 2005 defined the list of products liable to mandatory certification.
The certification procedures for imported products and home products are similar.
UkrSEPRO has several certification schemes for mass production (from simple certification with no on-site inspections to including in certification quality management system); they offer different period of certificate validity - from 1 year to 5 years.
Voluntary certification is the option of manufacturer (supplier) in case a product is not liable for mandatory certification. It is noteworthy that presence of Certificate of Conformity is one of the conditions allowing taking part in competitive tender or introducing a product to major retail network.
Apart from State Certification System there is a score of voluntary systems using their own forms. According to legislation in force, Certificate of Conformity of Voluntary Certification System is equal to UkrSEPRO Certificate.
